Redding Community Access

During non-programming hours, Channel 11 offers a bulletin board service to nonprofit organizations, clubs, individuals, and businesses. Announcements on the television screen are broadcast over Channel 11 on Charter's cable network. Over 30,000 households in the cities of Redding, Anderson, and Shasta Lake along with parts of the unincorporated areas of Shasta County subscribe to this television cable system.

Clubs, nonprofits and government agencies can make announcements or promotions about their organization on the Community Bulletin Board for $5 a week. That covers the cost of airing your message at least five times a day for seven days. We'll even help you design your message!

If you've lost a pet you may want to use the Channel 11 Community Bulletin Board to help find it. For $5 you'll be giving a written description of your lost pet to thousands of households in the viewing area. In addition, you'll be providing them with a telephone number to call when it's found. Announcements for found pets are free.

Businesses and others wishing to help underwrite the costs of the Community Bulletin Board are also encouraged to participate. For $10, a business will be recognized as a sponsor on the Community Bulletin Boards a minimum of five times a day for seven days. There are some restrictions on commercial advertising so please contact us for additional information.
